Katharina Berr studied business informatics and has been working for USU as a Senior Consultant since 2015. She is an expert in the knowledge management field and has overseen numerous projects including help desk and customer service implementations. She supports her customers both professionally and technically with the planning and deployment of Knowledge Center.
